4. A design team usually comprised of architects, engineers, interior designers, project managers, tech support, drafts people, specifications writers, and a myriad of other professions, as required, to provide comprehensive documents for construction.

5. A general contractor, with office personnel, that manages jobs and all the many and various trades required for any particular type of construction.

6. Developers that bring everyone and everything together.

7. Marketers, branding and signage, building start-up as well as continued management and maintenance of the enterprise after construction.

8. Photographers play an important role in documenting the final product so that the work may be showcased, recognized in its best possible light, enabling for future work by these teams, mentioned above.
